279 136 people were vaccinated against Covid-19 in Ukraine on November 11, the press service of the Ministry of Healthcare reports.

141,347 people received one dose; 137,789 people were fully immunized.

Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, 11,986,077 people have been vaccinated. 11,986,075 of them received a single dose. 8,422,334 people are fully immunized and received two doses (two of them received one dose abroad). A total of 20,408,409 vaccination rounds were performed.

91.1% of those hospitalized with Covid-19 last week were unvaccinated and had not received a single dose of anti-Covid vaccine.

As it was reported earlier, the Ministry of Health plans to introduce mandatory Covid-19 vaccination for healthcare workers. It is also planned to add employees of local self-government bodies to the list.

All unvaccinated officials and teachers will be suspended from work from November 8. It does not apply to people who have absolute contraindications for preventive vaccinations against Covid-19 and received a medical opinion on the presence of contraindications for vaccination against Covid-19 issued by a healthcare institution.
