Police freed all Kyiv rally activists detained earlier

Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists commander Mykola Kohanivsky detained during the clashes between supporters of Donbas blockade and the police in Kyiv, were released from the Desnyansky district department.

“Thank God, Mykola was alredy released,” Radical Party MP Andriy Lozovy wrote on his Facebook page.

Police has released all the arrested activists, his colleague Ihor Mosiychuk reported later. He also posted the photo of Kohanivsky near the Desnyansky district department.

Earlier it was reported that in Kyiv police detained OUN leader Kohanivsky and several protesters. Kohanivsky and two other activists have been detained at European Square after they broke frame of metal detector near the cordon of law enforcement officers.

At the corner of Institutska and Bankova streets OUN supporters and participants of the blockade of railway communication with occupied territories attempted to install the tent camp. Police prevented bringing metal objects for tents.

Around 19.00 the protesters attempted to enter Bankova street. Police and National Guard units prevented the passage of people.
