The drone of OSCE Special Monitoring Mission recorded two militants’ howitzers in Luhansk region, as the press-centre of Joint Forces Operation reported on Facebook.

“According to OSCE SMM report published on December 15, 2018, the monitoring of withdrawal of weapons provided by the Memorandum, set of events and its Attachments show that weapons and military equipment of the mercenaries of Russian Federation are deployed violating the line of withdrawal of heavy weapons. On December 13, OSCE SMM long-range drone recorded two towed howitzers (2A36 Giatsint-B, 152MM) near Nove, to the west from Luhansk,” the message says.

The Ukrainian side of the Joint Control and Coordination Centre noted that such actions of the administration and illegal armed formations show that they do not want to respect Minsk Agreements, commitments made within the consultations of the Trilateral Contact Group on withdrawal of weapons and interest in further exacerbation of the conflict.
