OSCE Parliamentary Assembly adopted Luxembourg declaration – 94 voted “for”, 7 – “against”. Our resolution which condemns Crimea’s annexation and militarization of waters of occupied Sevastopol, Crimea, Black and Azov seas is a part of the document, as Ukrainian MP Serhiy Vysotsky reported on Facebook.

It was noted that the Lithuanian resolution on threat Nord Stream 2 poses is a part of the declaration.

Besides, the 24th provision of the report of the political committee of OSCE PA reads that Russia does not fulfill Minsk Agreements.

“This 24th provision is connected with the weird behavior of one of the members of the Swiss delegation, which had sympathy to Russia. It tried to lift this provision during voting. But we upheld it it during voting with 79 votes,” he noted.

“Russia tried to disrupt the session again. This year it talked about the absence of quorum. The situation was that only one member out of nine members of Russia’s delegation was present at the sitting. Therefore, they disrupted the quorum of the Assembly protesting the disruption of the quorum. This provocative behavior of the Russian delegation was condemned by all the rest of the delegations,” the MP noted.
