According to him, the Joint Forces Operation zone received 14,000 doses of the vaccine from coronavirus. He noted that 7,200 doses were passed for military men in the Donetsk region and 6,800 to the Luhansk region. 884 people are already vaccinated.
However, Olym assured that the military men agree on the vaccination unwillingly. He ties it with ‘politicization of the vaccination campaign’.
“Despite all our efforts on explanatory work, the vaccination of the president in the Joint Forces Zone at 59th mobile hospital, unfortunately, there are refusals from vaccinations,” Olym added.
The vaccination from Covid-19 has begun in Ukraine on February 24. The first person to receive the vaccine was Yevhen Horenko, resuscitator at the Cherkasy Regional Hospital.
Over the last 24 hours, 2,680 Ukrainians got vaccinated all over the country. The largest number of newly inoculated people is observed in Dnipropetrovsk region. Totally, 9,568 people in Ukraine have received their first dose of the vaccine since the inoculation campaign began in this country.
