OSCE comments on the conduction of Kyiv Mayoral election

Kyiv Mayoral Elections held on November 15, were conducted according to international democratic standards, according to observers. 

"The second round of elections of Majors of main cities in Ukraine took place on Sunday at a high organizational level, said the head of the observation election mission for the OSCE / ODIHR Tana de Zulueta.

"On the basis of the reports of our observers, qualified personnel organized elections process properly", - she said. According to Zulueta, observers assessed the voting process as "good" and "very good" in 99% of cases, which were subject to surveillance.
