Law enforcers opened criminal proceedings under Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine on the fact of Amina Okuyeva's murder near Kyiv - intentional homicide, which is assessed as contract killing. This was reported by the representative of Chief Department of the National Police of Ukraine in Kyiv region Mykola Zhukovich on air 112 Ukraine TV channel.
"Now I can say that criminal proceedings have already been opened and registered under Article 115, intentional homicide, paragraph 11 and is regarded as contract murder. The work of the investigative and operational group continues, investigators interview possible witnesses," he said.
According to Zhukovich, the investigative and operational group and experts started to work again on the scene of the incident in the daylight. In the region police continues to carry out the plan "Siren". He also added that the state of health of Adam Osmaev is satisfactory.
