The representatives of Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) accused Ukraine of disruption of the joint inspection with the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Horlivka, which was agreed on September 9 as Strana reported.
Thus, Donetsk representatives stated that the Ukrainian side “announced new impossible for fulfillment demands for holding of the inspection, at the last minute”.
They stated that one of ‘the impossible demands’ is the presence of the negative PCR test for the coronavirus of the representative of the Joint Coordination and Control Center from DPR and Ukrainian or Russian passport. Moreover, it was required that members of the inspection should not have DPR marks on chevrons and certificates.
Besides, Donetsk accuses the Ukrainian side of not confirming the agreement for inspection of main and obligatory location for joint monitoring, where the fortifications were built and other work was held.
Supposedly, they meant Shumy settlement.
As we reported, there will be no inspection of emplacements of Ukraine's Armed Forces near Shumy in Donbas combat zone. The presidential office blamed the Russian occupants.
