Before possibly holding the presidential debates, NSC Olimpiysky's administration needs information on certain essential issues, such as technical requirements, the security matters and the presence or absence of the audience on the stadium.

According to Viktor Anisimov, the Deputy General Director of NSC Olimpiysky the stadium has all the technical capacity necessary to host such event - granted the respective decision is made.
