In Ukraine, not all Covid-vaccinated people will be able to use electronic certificates in the Diya application. E-certificates will be available only to those who have been vaccinated in Ukraine, Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitization Maria Karchevych, Segodnya reports.

"If you have been vaccinated against Covid-19 in a different country, in Ukraine you need to see a family doctor with a document certifying vaccination. Based on it, the doctor will enter the data into the electronic health care system and issue a paper international vaccination certificate. A digital certificate in the Diya app in this case is not generated," she said.

As it was reported earlier, Kyiv has entered the red quarantine zone from 00:00 on November 1. In connection with the strengthening of quarantine in the capital a number of strict restrictions was introduced.
