“During the meeting of Ukraine-NATO commission, members of North Atlantic Council showed their continuous political support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. This was announced by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg during the meeting with Ukraine’s Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.
“We held a session of Ukraine-NATO commission. During the session, members of North Atlantic Council showed their constant and continuous political support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and also announced further practical assistance of Alliance to Ukraine,” Stoltenberg said.
“NATO does not and will never recognize illegal and illegitimate annexation of Crimea by Russian Federation. We have repeatedly stated clearly that Russia must withdraw its forces from the east of Ukraine, stop supporting militants, and stop all actions aimed at de-escalation process in Ukraine,” he said.
As it was reported earlier NATO will give Ukraine satellite communication equipment, according to Stoltenberg. NATO Secretary General noted that the Alliance will continue to provide practical assistance to Ukraine.
