“The current situation (in Armyansk, - ed.) with the analysis of air is normal, but this doesn’t mean that we stop the monitoring, it is underway. Moreover, we will explore the state of the people, who sought medical treatment. Primarily, the owners and the beneficiaries of the enterprise, which produce pollution, are responsible for this pollution, along with the Russian authorities,” he said.
Babyn noted that in the nearest future the Crimeans will receive a booklet with the instruction which tells what one should do in such situations.
“Today, Crimea needs Dnipro water, economy worsens, they have empty reservoirs. There are no risks for the population. Drinking water will be for the population. It causes troubles for the enterprises. Therefore, today, meetings on the relevant level took place, they received an order from Moscow – to supply water whatever it takes. And my reply is – we won’t supply water just like that as populations doesn’t need it,” he added.
