The next court hearing on Yanukovych’s state treason is scheduled for Dec. 13, as ruling judge Vladyslav Deviatko said.
The hearing will start at 10 am, and the written evidence of the defence will be studied.
In Friday’s hearing, the court granted the prosecutor’s application to question a number of high-ranking officials and politicians as witnesses. Today the court heard the testimony of Internal Minister Avakov and former Prime Minister Yatseniuk. Among others, there are President Poroshenko, Parliament speaker Parubiy, and Secretary of National Security and Defence Council Turchynov.
