The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supported the appointment of Pavlo Ryabikin to the office of Minister for Strategic Industries.
237 MPs voted for his candidacy. Thus, Ryabikin will replace Oleh Urusky, whose resignation was previously supported.
Who is Pavlo Ryabikin?
Pavlo was born on June 6, 1965. He graduated from the Faculty of International Relations and International Law of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, as well as graduate school.

Ryabikin also underwent internships at the Universities of Leipzig and Kiel.

He was the MP of several convocations.
From October 2020 he headed the State Customs Service.
