The new Verkhovna Rada plans to preliminary vote for the draft law on the amendment to Constitution article to lift the immunity from the MPs during the first working day, as Interfax-Ukraine reported.

Besides, the new parliament will form the Cabinet of Minister, replace the Head of Security Service and will agree to change the prosecutor general.

The first working session of the parliament will begin with the formation of the temporary presidium of the first session. Then-Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman will announce the resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers before the new parliament.

Then the parliamentarian factions and groups will be formed. The issue of the coalition of the factions will be solved.

The Accounting commission of the parliament, chairman, first deputy and deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada will be elected.

Later the extraordinary message of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on internal and external state of Ukraine will be listened to.

Then the bill on the amendment to the Constitution article to lift the immunity from the MPs will be provided for the consideration.

Later the Verkhovna Rada plans to appoint Ukraine’s premier, defense minister, foreign minister, form the government.

The lawmakers intend to solve the issue of the list, membership and objects of the work of the parliamentary committees, appoint their heads, first deputies, deputies, secretaries and members.

Besides, the MPs are going to dismiss the head of Ukraine’s Security Service and appoint a new head of the service, solve an issue on the permission and dismissal of the prosecutor general by the president and appointment of a new Prosecutor General.

Then the MPs will consider the issue on the conciliation board of the parliamentarian factions in the new parliament and calendar plan of the work of the second session of the new Verkhovna Rada.

The first session of the Verkhovna Rada will take place on August 29. Such decision was made during the session of the preparatory group on August 9.

Over 60 guests will be invited to the first official session of the new parliament.
