New OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger is going to visit Ukraine before September 12, as he said in a briefing today, according to Ria News Ukraine.
Greminger intends to visit Kyiv before the next the UN General Assembly meeting, in order to demonstrate that Ukraine is the main priority of the OSCE at the moment.
The OSCE Secretary General is going to visit the Special Monitoring Mission, at least its offices based in Kyiv. After that he plans to go to Warsaw.
As it was reported earlier, Swiss diplomat Thomas Greminger became the new OSCE Secretary General, while his predecessor Lamberto Zannier was appointed the new High Commissioner on National Minorities.
