New order of crossing delimitation line in Donbas takes effect

The new procedure of access of persons and transportation of products to the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) in Donetsk and Luhansk regions and exit of persons and transportation of products out of TOT, took effect on November 28. The Joint Forces Operation HQ reported this.

Access and exit of persons and vehicles, as well as transportation of products to and out of TOT, is only allowed through certain checkpoints. The number and location of such checkpoints is defined by the Commander of the Joint Forces.

When entering and leaving the temporarily occupied territories, a person has to show the document confirming the citizenship of Ukraine and a permit.

The citizens of Ukraine can go to TOT only if they show the passport of a Ukrainian citizen, a passport of Ukrainian citizen for traveling abroad, a temporary certificate of Ukrainian citizen on grounds of a permit for a natural person.

To cross the delimitation line, foreigners and stateless persons will have to show any document listed in Art. 15 of the Law “On Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons” and a permit for a natural person.

As it was reported earlier, on November 27, Ukrainian soldier was injured as a result of the hostile attack in the area of ​​the Joint Forces Operation. Donbas militants violated the ceasefire four times during the day.
