Biography of Dmytro Kuleba
Dmytro Kuleba was born on April 19, 1981, in Sumy. In 2003, he graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv on speciality ‘international law’. He is the candidate of legal sciences.
He occupied such positions: attaché of the Service of chief judicial adviser of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine, third secretary of the department of the legal support of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine, third and second secretary of the permanent representative office of Ukraine at international organization in Vienna, first secretary, advisor and head of the Secretariat department of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine.
In 2013, Kuleba wad advisor on humanitarian issues of Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Kostyantyn Hryshchenko.
In June 2014, he became the ambassador for special assignments on strategic communications.
In April 2016, Dmytro Kuleba was appointed as a Permanent Representative of Ukraine at the Council of Ukraine and where he worked until today’s appointment.
In August 2019, Kuleba was appointed Vice Prime Minister on European and Euro-Atlantic integration.
