Ukravtodor has initiated a tender for developing a project for a Northern bypass in Lviv, as their Facebook page informs.
The new road will connect the international highways Kyiv - Chop ad national Lviv - Lutsk with national Lviv – Rava-Russka, Lviv – Krakovets, and Lviv – Shegini. The road will have four traffic lanes and will be 24 km in length.
In order to enable animal migration, a wildlife crossing will be built, and for the comfort of the inhabitants - a 11-km soundproof screen.
Earlier this year, the World Bank invested $560 million to fix roads in Ukraine.
