The Netherlands also did not close the borders for Ukrainian citizens who completed the full course of vaccination. In order to enter the country, in addition to the vaccination certificate, a negative test will also be required for entry.

Earlier, the European Union removed Ukraine from its so-called green list of countries whose citizens are allowed enter the EU member states without quarantine restriction. This is a recommendation for EU member states to limit travel for our citizens: but whether to close the borders to Ukrainians will be decided by each state individually.
