NATO plans to present to Ukraine the equipment for satellite communication. This was announced by the Secretary General of the Alliance Jens Stoltenberg during the joint briefing with Ukraine President Petro Poroshenko on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

“Now we are working to provide Ukraine with satellite communications equipment. In recent days, we have provided to Ukraine modern equipment for cyber defense, helping key government institutions to better investigate incidents in cases concerning cyber-security similar to what happened recently,” he said.

As it was reported earlier Ukraine will not apply for NATO membership soon, according to Poroshenko. Ukrainian President noted first a real reform program has to be proposed.
