National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) supported the concept of the draft bill on peculiarities of government policy regarding reintegration of the occupied Donbas. This was reported at the NSDC website.

"At the same time, we received many suggestions and remarks, most of which will be taken into account when preparing the final version of the bill that will be presented to the President of Ukraine for submitting to the Parliament," Deputy Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine Oleksandr Lytvynenko noted after the professional discussion.

Experts, who specialize in foreign policy, security, and defense issues, as well as representatives of public authorities, participated in the roundtable on the draft law “On the aspects of state policy of the restoration of Ukraine's state sovereignty over the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions”.

Ukrainian President Poroshenko earlier stressed that he instructed to elaborate the draft law on reintegration of Donbas that will envisage a series of measures on the return of the occupied territories.
