The National Police of Ukraine are not investigating the possible arbitrariness of Head of the Office of President Andriy Bohdan regarding the dismissal of Head of Kyiv City State Administration Vitaly Klitschko. Ukrainian news reports that.
“We inform you that according to the information and telecommunication subsystem ‘Unified registration of applications and reports on criminal offenses and other incidents’ of the Information Portal of the National Police of Ukraine, the statement of Head of Kyiv city state administration Klitschko on the commitment of a criminal offense by Head of the President’s Office Bohdan is not registered,” the message says.
Klitschko filed a lawsuit against Bohdan because of the decision to dismiss him from the post of the Head of the Kyiv City State Administration.
The Cabinet of Ministers approved the dismissal of Klitschko from the post of the Head of the Kyiv City State Administration, which was initiated by the Presidential Office. The previous Cabinet refused to consider the release of Klitschko from the post of the Head of the Kyiv City State Administration.
As we reported earlier, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) opened the case against Kyiv major Vitaly Klitschko and two of his deputies, regarding potential state treason and embezzlement.
