National Police deputy head says murder of Nozdrovska is coincidence

The Deputy Head of the National Police Vyacheslav Abroskin believes that the murder of a lawyer Iryna Nozdrovska was not a planned murder, but a coincidence. Abroskin said this at a briefing on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

"Based on what I know, I'm not an investigator but it’s my inner conviction, I'm sure that this is not a planned murder, this is a coincidence," Abroskin said.  

Abroskin specified that Nozdrovskaya was stabbed more than 10 times with a knife.

"I cannot say the exact number of stabs inflicted, but I can say that it’s more than 10," Abroskin said.

As it was reported earlier the results of the expert study found out the DNA of Yury Rossoshansky, the suspect, on the body of murdered Iryna Nozdrvoska. 

Yury Rossoshansky, the suspect in the murder of Iryna Nozdrvoska was arrested for 60 days without a right for the bail on January 9.

Relatives of Iryna Nozdrovska reported her disappearance on December 29th. She disappeared on the way from Kyiv in Vyshgorodska area. She investigated the death of her sister, who in September 2015 died in a car accident caused by Dmytro Rossoshansky, the nephew of a district judge, who was in a state of drug intoxication at the time of the accident.
