Nasirov served with charges: he’s in intensive care with heart attack

It was reported earlier that State Fiscal Service could not hand over the suspicion note to Petro Poroshenko Bloc MP

The head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine Roman Nasirov was served with charges. This was reported by the journalist of 112 Ukraine TV channel with the reference to the MP Andriy Zhurzhiy.

According to Nasirov’s lawyers, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) officers handed over the suspicion note to him, when Nasirov was no longer conscious. So, it was illegal to serve charges.

After this, Nasirov was taken away from Feofaniya on stretcher. The hospital worker said he would be transferred to the 3rd housing, for intensive care. According to the doctor, Nasirov was diagnosed with a heart attack.

Earlier it was reported that Nasirov people’s deputy from Petro Poroshenko Bloc. The officers of National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine were trying to detain the head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine Roman Nasirov in Feofaniya. He is charged with restructuring for Onyshchenko.
