The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) will bring in for questioning the persons involved with the second part of recordings, published by Oleksandr Onyshchenko recently. This was reported by Artem Sytnyk, the Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
“Of course we will bring the persons in the recording for questioning. I read the content of the conversation myself in the morning. It is a very interesting conversation. I am not summoning them myself. We have proceedings, they are investigated by the detective. Of course, we are not waiting. We will call and question them. I would like to note that the recording was made after we realized our case. And, taking this opportunity, we are addressing Mr. Onyshchenko again. If you have any recordings which you are always talking about, we are stressing once again, provide us with the data and we will investigate. For now, we see that there are two recordings published after all. Mr. Onyshchenko’s main task is to avoid responsibility for committed acts of corruption, among other things diverting attention from the main case to the alleged political repression. I don’t see any political repression even in the yesterday’s recording,” he noted.
Yesterday, fugitive people’s deputy Oleksandr Onyshchenko published the second part of recordings. The alleged conversation took place in Spain with Mykola Martynenko, who appeared to be a mediator between the deputy and Petro Poroshenko. According to the MP, the conversation was recorded using a pen with hidden device.
Earlier, Onyshchenko published the recording with Oles Dovgiy.
