National Anti-Corruption Bureau is inspecting the activity of Lviv head, Andriy Sadovyi. This was announced by the head of the NABU Artem Sytnyk at the briefing in Lviv, reports Ukrainian News.
“Did we inspect Sadovyi? We are doing it now, but not based on the reports, but in the frameworks of our enforcement powers,” Sytnyk said.
At the same time, NABU head did not specify what aspect of Sadovyi’s activities is inspected.
Artem Sytnyk said NABU did not receive a single complaint on the situation with garbage and he knows it from media and supposedly the inspection will not concern this question.
Earlier it was reported that Lviv mayor suggested creating reserve landfill in Chornobyl area. According to him, such landfill site should be prepared for extreme cases.
