NABU suspects judge in dragging out Nasirov’s case

National Anti-Corruption Bureau opened criminal case against the judge after MPs’ claim

National Anti-Corruption Bureau opened criminal proceedings against the chairman of Solomyanski court Lyudmyla Sheremetieva who removed herself from hearing Roman Nasirov’s case and dismissed the court, having derailed choosing a preventive measure for the defendant.  This was announced in NABU’s statement in response for the claim of MPs, reports Ukrainian Pravda.

NABU said they accepted the claim and after considering it they have updated information on committing the crime under Part 1, Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine to the Unified register of pre-trial decisions and criminal proceedings were opened.

Earlier it was reported that Commission of Ukrainian Ministry of Healthcare does not confirm Nasirov’s diagnosis, according to NABU. Commission members also identified violations when the patient was released from Feofaniya.
