National Anti-Corruption Bureau opened a criminal proceeding over alleged bribery in the amount of $20 million proposed to the Head of President’s Office Andriy Bohdan, as Ukrainian News reported.
“The proceeding was opened on Thursday,” the resource reported.
According to him, the criminal proceeding was opened under article No. 369 of Criminal Code of Ukraine on proposition of illegal benefit to an official.
Earlier, Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko appealed to National Anti-Corruption Bureau with a request to open a criminal case under the appeal of the Head of President’s Office Andriy Bohdan over a $20 million bribery offered to him.
