National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has registered 13 criminal proceedings on the audit of electronic declarations. This was reported to "112 Ukraine" TV channel by the NABU spokeswoman Svitlana Olifira.
"13 proceedings were registered so far. The first three proceedings were registered on November 17," she noted.
According to Olifira, NABU can not yet report the names of people on which the criminal proceedings were opened on the facts of declaration of false information, because the pre-trial investigation is still ongoing and suspicion was not announced to them.
At the same time, Olifira added that in the case of evidence against violators, they may face imprisonment for up to 2 years, deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to 3 years.
