NABU did not get decision of court on declaration of Justice Minister

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine did not get the decision of the court on the declaration of the Minister of Justice of Ukraine. NABU spokeswoman Svitlana Olifira claimed this as 112 Ukraine reported.

“We know about the information spread in the mass media. Yet, according to the present information, such decision was not filed to the NABU,” she specified.

As we reported Solomensky District Court obliged the National Anti-Corruption Bureau to open the proceeding against Justice Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Petrenko under suspicion of the declaration of false data.

The minister is suspected in the declaration of false data: his niece Bozhena Klychuk became an owner of two flats at elite dwelling in downtown Kyiv and Lexus NX200 as he was appointed a justice minister.

Earlier Ukraine’s Anti-Corruption Bureau informed Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan of suspected illicit enrichment.

Also, NABU  made a report of suspected illicit enrichment for Pavlo Demchyna, First Deputy Chairman of SBU, who heads the anti-corruption department.
