The investigation of placement of more than $15.7 million on the accounts of a bank declared insolvent is ongoing

National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) is searching the building of Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services Enterprise (UkSATSE) and houses of the employees of this state-owned enterprise. NABU press service reported this.

“The investigative action is authorized and is being carried out within the framework of the investigation of possible office abuse by UkSATSE officials, who placed more than $15.7 million on the accounts of PJSC Platinum Bank, which was declared insolvent,” the statement reads. 

It is noted that NABU has been investigating this case since November 2017.

As it was reported, the National Bank of Ukraine declared Platinum Bank insolvent on January 11, 2017.

In June 2019, the material of BIHUS.Info investigators published a report about the placement of over 15,7 million dollars in Platinum Bank by the state company.
