“I am myself a father of two kids, I understand what a grief it is… I ask to figure everything out… I did not shoot in that direction,” he stated.
Prykhodko asks the court not to place him in custody.
His lawyer stated that the prosecution did not prove his involvement in the crime.
In particular, he noted that the materials of the case contain information about another witness Kryvoshy. Allegedly, he also shot, but he was not served with charge papers.
The lawyer asks to carry out additional investigative experiments to define who committed a deadly shot.

Reportedly, on May 31, a boy with physical injuries in the form of a severe closed-head injury, brain contusion, internal brain hematoma and a fracture of the temporal bone was delivered to the intensive care unit of the Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky hospital.
According to police officers, around 4:00 pm on May 31, four children were walking alongside their place of residence. The 5-year-old boy, due to carelessness, slipped and fell on the asphalt concrete pavement and stone, as a result of which he suffered a head injury.
