According to law enforcement officials, the report will be sent to the court, which will determine the degree of Yurchenko's guilt.

As we reported earlier, during the first stage of the Tour de France, a fan with a poster came too close to the track and caused a massive accident.

Tony Martin (Jumbo–Visma) was hit by a placard as a fan attempted to crane their way on to the TV coverage. It caused a huge pile-up that brought down most of the rest of the peloton, with Wout van Aert, Primoz Roglic (both Jumbo–Visma), Sonny Colbrelli (Bahrain Victorious) and Marc Soler (Movistar) coming down hard.

As a result of the fall, Mark Soler suffered a fracture of the radial bone head in both arms. After the fall, he did not retire and finished the race in 181st place.
