It is noted that according to the register of real estate rights, in August of 2021 Natalia Klochko bought two apartments at once (200 and 68 square meters) and non-residential premises (4.5 square meters) in the capital's Riviera residential complex. The complex is located near the metro station Slavutych and access to the beach on the Dnieper. The average cost of a square meter in this residential complex - $1,300. Therefore, the real estate of the parliamentarian’s mother should cost about $356,000.
In April 2021, Natalia Klochko bought a 150 m2 house in the village of Peremoha, near Brovary. Viva Village Town, with 13 townhouses located there.
At the same time, in 2020 the woman became the owner of 24 ares in Blystavytsia, which is located 25 km from Kyiv. The plot is located in a gated community in the middle of the forest, with its own lake. There is currently nothing on the site. However, only the land in this place was sold for $3,200 per hectare without communications. According to such a price, the plot of the people's deputy's mother should cost about $75,000.
