Former Vice Prime Minister of the Russian government of Crimea Larysa Opanasiuk, who is a mother of singers of ANNA MARIA duo, was appointed Crimean ‘ombudsman.’

This was reported by Crimea.Realities agency.

The parliament of Crimea controlled by Russia made such a decision.

Earlier, Russian Ombudsman Tetiana Moskalkova approved the candidacy of Larysa Opanasiuk.

Ukraine’s Ombudsman Lyudmyla Denisova said that her powers covered the annexed Crimea and residents of the peninsula did not need their own Ombudsman.
