The most effective drugs in the world will be available for revaccination in Ukraine. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said this.

"Ukraine has offered its citizens a variety of vaccines to choose from. Not all countries can boast of this. Ukrainians have access to American, European and Chinese drugs - all reliable. We will also have enough potential for revaccination. We will provide the most effective drugs for the treatment of Covid-19 - all recognized by the world," Zelensky wrote.

According to the president, today it is impossible to determine exactly how long the Covid-19 pandemic will last. However, only a full course of vaccination can defeat the virus.

The head of state also stressed that the trend for 2022, which is already observed among economically significant countries, provides that societies that lag behind in vaccination will lag behind in economic development.

"The trend for 2022, which we already see among economically significant countries, provides that societies that lag behind in vaccination will lag behind in economic development. But only the state will not affect the conscientiousness of people - to protect themselves and loved ones by being vaccinated," the president noted.

He noted that all opinion leaders who are responsible for the well-being of their families should advocate for vaccination.

Meanwhile, revaccination of the Ukrainian population is planned to be introduced during January 2022. Ihor Kuzin, the Chief Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine said so during an interview on TV.

"The plans for revaccination are being developed and now, in accordance with global trends, most likely it will be the introduction of a booster dose, that is a single-dose revaccination. We hope that in the first half of January we will also be able to approve this decision first at the national technical expert group and then during January it will come into force", Kuzin said.
