The militants in Luhansk region intentionally disable cameras of the SMM OSCE, press secretary of Ukraine’s representative in the TCG Darka Olifer wrote on Facebook.

“The militants in Luhansk region intentionally disable surveillance cameras of the SMM OSCE, which record cases of cease-fire violations.
