Separatists claim that Ukrainian MP Nadiya Savchenko and Volodymyr Ruban, the head of Ukrainian center for prisoners release, came to the territory controlled by the self-proclaimed "DPR" to see Ukrainian prisoners of war. This was reported by the militants’ information agency.

The according message was published by the so-called "Ministry for DPR State Security".

"Ruban and Savchenko have come to visit Ukrainian war prisoners," the separatist "department" noted.

As it was reported earlier, Savchenko confirmed that she had talked to militants’ leaders in Minsk. However, People’s Deputy Nadiya Savchenko and the leaders of the Donetsk and Luhansk militants did not participate in the meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group on December 7 in Minsk.
