"Nord Stream 2 should be up and running long ago, but the fact that it still does not work and we are fighting with it is the result of our joint efforts. Together with our partners, we significantly slowed down the implementation of this project and gained a lot of time for better conditions in the confrontation with Russia," Kuleba emphasized.
