Obolonskiy district court of Kyiv allowed the transfer of 11 prisoners of "Tornado" battalion from Lukyanivska jail to other facilities for detention. This was stated by People's Deputy Ihor Mosiychuk to "Ukrainian Pravda", also publishing a copy of the court decision on January 12 on Facebook.

According to Mosiychuk, the court issued the decision in the absence of prisoners.

"The adoption of this decision is contrary to the Criminal Procedure Code. Neither "Tornado" fighters nor their defenders were present at the meeting. This is for sure. I talked to the defenders. Second point: attack on Lukyanivska Prison workers was the basis for adopting such decision. I have a question. Who reported about the attack? Because, after all, the Ministry of Justice, which governs the detention center, said bluntly that there was no attack. Who's lying?" Mosiychuk claimed.

It is not yet known where the prisoners will be transferred and whether they will be kept together.
