The maximum trade mark-up does not concern “brand premium” fuel offered at the gas stations at a higher price than social fuel as the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture reported.
“The maximum trade mark-up does not include brand premium fuel with improved rates of quality and label (marking) that includes particular trademark and which is offered at gas stations for premium cars at a higher price than social fuel,” the message says.
It is noted that the list of socially important goods that fall under the governmental decree on the use of the maximum trade mark-up for fuel and diesel includes A-92, A-95 fuel, and diesel fuel.
The Economy Ministry also underlined that according to the technical regulation on requirements, particularly to fuel, the marking “brand premium” fuel with improved rates of quality can include trademark (label).
