There is now an active discussion at the highest level of Lithuanian Plan for Ukraine for 2017-2020 and the "New European Plan for Ukraine" (so-called "Marshall Plan"). This was announced by First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv on his Facebook page.
“This initiative of the Lithuanian Seimas provides for economic, political and financial assistance to Ukraine in the context of European integration. We are talking about at least 5 billion euros for annual support for reforms aimed at economic growth and development. The project is now actively discussed in key international institutions to ensure the formation of a "group of friends" of Ukraine and necessary support of the plan for its implementation,” Kubiv said.
As it was reported earlier Germany will allocate $ 10 million for development of Ukrainian enterprises. Emerging Europe Growth Fund III will facilitate the access to long-term financing for small and medium businesses in Ukraine.
