Vitaly Serdiuk, ex-President Viktor Yanukovych’s lawyer in the case of the state treason, says that much evidence has already denied prosecutions’ position on the case, as he told 112.

Specifically, Serdiuk referred to the response to the inquiry made by the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine to Russia, which, according to him, refuted the copy of Yanukovych’s address to President Putin as to deploying Russian military in Ukraine.

Moreover, Yanukovych’s addresses to the European leaders of the Budapest memorandum countries have also been added to the case.

“A huge amount of materials as of today have fully denied the prosecutions’ position,” he said.
