Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko asks Verkhovna Rada to allow criminal prosecution, apprehension and arrest of Boryslav Rozenblat, people’s deputy from Petro Poroshenko Bloc. This was reported by Lutsenko on his Facebook page.
"I have submitted request to Verkovna Rada for consent on bringing to criminal responsibility, apprehension and arrest of people’s deputy Rozenblat, who is suspected of undue influence and bribery amounting to $280 thousand," prosecutor general informed.
As it was reported, the officers of National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) have detained the bodyguard of people’s deputy Boryslav Rozenblat on $200 thousand bribe. According to SAP, the bribe was intended for MPs Boryslav Rozenblat and Maksym Poliakov, they are denying it and calling the occurrence a "provocation".
Today Lutsenko also asked to bring MPs Lozovyi and Dovgiy to criminal responsibility. The submission on the first one is connected with e-declaration, second — with land fraud during tenure as the Secretary of the Kyiv City Council. Special parliament’s committee is to consider the submissions next.
