Valeria Lutkovska, the Commissioner for Human Rights of Ukraine appealed to Tatiana Moskalkova, the Russian ombudswoman due to the deterioration of health of Oleksandr Kolchenko, the Ukrainian political prisoner detained at the penal establishment in Chelyabinsk region, Russia. It is reported at the website of Lutkovska.

'I ask you to report on the name of the medical center where Oleksandr Kolchenko was hospitalized, provide the current information on the state of his health, provide him with the qualified medical service and report on the reasons that led to the deterioration of health of the detained the deterioration of health', she wrote.
