“Totally, the criminal proceedings concern ten state enterprises. The loss, preliminary and partially confirmed by expert studies, make about $37,9 million. Totally, 25 criminal proceedings are investigated,” Sytnyk said.
According to him, ten state enterprises, which enter Ukroboronprom State Concern, involved in the proceedings.
The majority of the investigated crimes were committed in 2014-2017 as Sytnyk specified. Some of the cases investigated by the Prosecutor General’s Office and some of them by the NABU.
