“Today, we work very closely with the regions with the deterioration of the situation; it is the relative deterioration because we see the fluctuations every day. Understanding the level of the threat of the incidence, everyone works at his/her level, manages, assumes measures, and possesses all tools to make decisions and enhance measures at the level of the local commissions,” Shmygal said.
He added that parameters according to which the measures of mitigation are chosen are effective. That is why it is not planned to change them.
