Kyiv City State Administration does not rule out the possibility of extending the lockdown in Kyiv after April 16. This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration Valentyn Mondrievsky on Hromadske Radio.

"Lockdown after April 16 can be extended, because we can not predict the situation with the morbidity. But we hope that these three weeks of quarantine on April 16 will start giving results, and we will have a positive trend in mid-April, break the morbidity chain and we will be able to consider easing the restrictions," he said.

Earlier, it was reported that Kyiv imposed a strict lockdown on April 5.
