The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine might make a decision about another extension of the quarantine for a month, as RBK-Ukraine reported.

The decision about the possible extension of the lockdown would be made the next week.

“The Cabinet of Ministers will consider the extension of the quarantine next week. Not this Wednesday. For about a month,” the message said.

The adaptive quarantine acts in Ukraine. Each region may mitigate the measures depending on the situation.

As of July 12, seven regions are not ready for mitigation of lockdown – Vinnytsia, Volyn, Donetsk, Zakarpattia, Rivne, Ternopil, and Chernihiv regions.

As we reported, in Ukraine, 2,788 violations of the quarantine were observed in three days. Thus, it was noted that people got tired and relaxed but the businesses that earn money should be responsible if they do not control the observance of the safety measures and endanger the clients with infection.

Besides, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine established fines for not wearing facial masks in public places. The proper decision was made during the government’s session on July 1.
